Dr. Franck Simon, a Diplomat of the International Academy of Behavioral Medicine and First Vice-President of The United Nations Association of the USA, Florida Division, initiated Mayors for Peace in the Republic of Haiti. He offers free medical assistance to all members and friends of Mayors for Peace in Haiti. Dr. Simon is a representative of Mayors for Peace and actively recruits new members in Haiti.
