Mr. Samil Yalciner obtained the bachelor degree on “international relations and political sciences” in Istanbul and came to Vienna for the master program in political sciences faculty. During the master program he developed knowledge and academic skills on special political themes like international politics, political theory, war and peace researches and state theory. Last year he participated to the summer school of “Austrian Study Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution” and his article has been published about “asymmetric warfare and piracy” in the yearly academic “SAFRAN” magazine of this center. Beside his studies, he has been employed in several local magazines and newspapers. The interest for foreign languages also provided him the chance of experiencing some positions like editor and translator. This year he successfully completed an internship program at the CTBTO.
