It was chaired by Mayor Luc Dehaene, Chairman of the 2020 Vision Campaign and it counted on the presence of Mayor Wolfgang Leidig, SchWäbisch Gmünd (Germany), Mayor Stefano Del Cont-Bernard, Aviano (Italy) and  Mayor Luciano Monticelli, Pineto (Italy) who acted as speekers.
